Here is the trailer I created for the Becoming the Matriarch Summit, which I co-produced under my business name, Dr. Vivien Monroe.
I co-produced the Becoming the Matriarch Summit, undertaking a variety of essential responsibilities that contributed significantly to the event's success. I built the entire website on WordPress, ensuring it was both user-friendly and visually appealing. I also engaged in video editing for all of the interviews, carefully crafting each segment to highlight the speakers' unique insights. Additionally, I created the promotional trailer video that showcased the summit's themes and objectives (video below). To further enhance the experience for our speakers, I set up a comprehensive affiliate program, providing every speaker with a unique web link that tracked the sales generated from their individual promotional efforts. This system allowed for a transparent payout structure, ensuring that each speaker received an equitable portion of the sales. Moreover, I established all the payment processing systems necessary for the seamless purchase of summit tickets. Over the course of this project, I interviewed more than 34 distinguished speakers and facilitated engaging Q&A panels for all participants, fostering meaningful discussions throughout the summit.
